Joining up with Amy of Love Made My Home and Five on Friday!
Five things I've been enjoying so far this fall ...
One ... felt craftiness
Two ... northern paddlin' (Potter's Creek)
Three ... chilly misty morning sunrise (the water was still warm!)
Four ... cute toadstools
Five ... the wild calls of migrating Canada Geese in V-formation
I've been lighting the candles again. The heat isn't turned on just yet, and I'm loving that chill in the house after months of hot, hot, hot temperatures this summer! Rain has at long last found our little corner of the world again and a cozy blanket over the knees in the evening has been most welcome ;)
What are you enjoying this fall?
Wendy

On Saturday I'll be sharing a discovery in Algonquin Park, so be sure to call again!
That's a lovely five. I bought felt years again intending to make so many things and so far it hasn't happened. No chill in the air here and kinda blah and dusty today. :/ Have a good weekend.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful fall pictures, what a blue sky! Love the acorns.
ReplyDeleteWonderful felt crafts, and beautiful photos! Warm greetings from Montreal, Canada. :)
ReplyDeleteLovely photos and cute crafts . It has been raining for a few days here now and yes damp and chilly I had to turn the furnace on for a bit this morning to get the damp chill out of the air . Thanks for sharing , Have a good weekend !
ReplyDeleteWhat a great collection of five things for Friday! I love your felt crafts. Where did you find the pattern? And I also love it when the water temperature is warmer than the air and the mist rises up off the lake. We have that happen here in the fall too.
ReplyDeleteI was inspired by something I found on Pinterest and changed it to suit me.
DeleteI rather like the chill in the air in the morning, when I first get out of bed. For now at least. Love your little felt crafts, they are very sweet. Have a lovely weekend. x
ReplyDeleteLovely collection, sweet Wendy. Your felt creations are darling {love those acorns} and the photo of the water took my breath away.
ReplyDeleteIt's hard to believe this is the last day of September...where did the month go? I hope you have a splendid October, my friend. Hugs!
A lovely five. I love your felt creations - really autumnal. xx
ReplyDeleteHello, your crafts are so cute. I love the misty morning shot and the geese. Happy Friday, enjoy your weekend!
ReplyDeleteNice craft works - very Autumn. The misty morning picture is fantastic.
ReplyDeleteHappy Five on Friday
Great five things this week. Love the felt creations. We have a Potter's Creek by us, but probably not the one you were sharing. I'm visiting from Five on Friday.
ReplyDeleteI've never tried crafting with felt. It looks like fun :) I hope you can stop by:

Such beautiful photos. It's gone quite chilly in the mornings here and some of the leaves have been fluttering down. Have a good week.
ReplyDeleteOh wow! Those geese are amazing! We're keeping an eye on the sky for migrating birds now! And I love your craft project. I just made a crochet fall leaf...I like working with felt even better! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteYour autumnal five are so lovely! I have been enjoying similar fall pass times except crocheting on a fall shawl instead of stitching felt so cleverly as you have. Our Mt. Hood near Portland, Oregon, may get a bit of snow on it this weekend!
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy your crafts and fantastic nature shots, Wendy. I've been enjoying pumpkin treats and Designated Survivor which got a full season pickup! Hooray for 22 episodes of Kiefer!
ReplyDeleteYour paddling photos are always so gorgeous and make me want to get out there on the water! Today it's kind of grey and drizzly so I'm content to stay at home. Have a good weekend.
ReplyDeleteI always, always look so forward to your Fall posts. You have such a talent for capturing the essence of Fall through your lens, writings and crafts.
ReplyDeleteYou bring the Fall to me, that I will never get in Texas!
Thank you and happy Saturday too:)
Jemma
